The unification of Königsberg

In 1724 3 cities –Alstadt Kneiphoff and Löbenicht had finally united in one city-Königsberg. It was a decree of the king Friedrich Wilhelm the I from June 13’th 1724. The supervisor of Kneiphoff had an honour - he became the a supervisor of the united city and he had been having this post up to his death in 1730. And one more great happening of that year. On April 22 Immanuel Kant was born. He was a remarkable philosopher, the professor of “Albertina” university who had given a great contribution into development of the science and education in Eastern Prussia.
