The Kaliningrad Chess federation

The federation is founded for decreasing of the crime level and drug addiction among youngsters; popularization of health life-style; using chess for social sport infrastructure and for the opening of new chess clubs and sport schools; assistance with facilities for developing physical culture and sport. The federation organizes dozens of sport events per year and takes part in different competitions including beyond the bounds of Kaliningrad.
