The main leads of the Association are: • The assistance to native and foreign nongovernmental organizations in their work in Kaliningrad region, making for the formation of the civil society. • Informational providing for the nongovernmental organizations in the regional and central mass media •Helping the nongovernmental organizations with the establishment of business contacts with the representatives of all the branches of the regional government, the leaders of organizations, establishments and enterprises of Kaliningrad region. •Participation in development and realization of socio-economic, scientific and cultural projects of social importance. • Establishing contacts and partnership between the nongovernmental public organizations of Europe and Russian Federation.
