Kupriyanova Zoya

Kupriyanova Zoya - writer, poet, composer, member of Russian Writers' Union. She was born at Altay, where she graduated from Polytechnical university and Musical college. Since 1966 she has been living in Kaliningrad. Zoya Kupriyanova has her own ensemble called "Pesnya-Sputnitsa" (Song- the-Companion) that she's worked with for 25 years. The ensemble gives concerts in Kaliningrad, Kaliningrad region, Russia and Belorussia. In 1999 and 2000 Zoya was a laureat of the contest called "Person. Event. Time" in such categories as "Composition of the year" and "Spirituality". In 2002 the ensemble got a diploma of honours at the same contest in category of "Culture and Art". In 2008 they celebrated their 25th anniversary at Kaliningrad Philarmonic. There are a lot of collections of novels, poems, songs published and audio tapes and CDs released.
