Yuriiy Belousov is a bard and a general producer of "Chanson-Kaliningrad" festival. He was born on 31 August, 1968, in a miners' village Priozerniy (close to Kerch, Russia). Love for singing he got from his father, who wrote music himself and entertained village people after workday with his constant companion - accordion (garmoshka). Then it is only natural that at the age of five Yura danced Russian folk dances and at seven - wrote his first awkward poem about a bluebell. At the same time he entered a sambo club, sang in a scholl's choir and his parents brought him to a dancing club. However, dancing was not what Yura really liked, but his passion for songs and martial arts have stayed with him for thirty years now. Being a student of Kaliningrad technical fishery university (1985-1990), he recorded three audio cassettes with his guitar songs, which spred among his friends and relatives, while a significant part of his two hundred works went "into the people". Yuriy's fist major publicity step was made with his song "My trainer" at the boxing tournament in Pionerskiy (Kaliningrad region). In 2001 he released his cassette album, while in 2002 his first CD album "Mobilization" came out. All thirteen songs of the album were used in a TV project with the same name which was made at Olshtyn entertainment complex (Kaliningrad), where presentation of the CD was also held on 31 August, 2002. Yuriy's second album called "39land" he dedicated to his 18-year stay in Kaliningrad region. The album contained eighteen songs and the presentation of the album was held at Sports Olymp in Svetlogorsk on 31 August, 2003.
