Nikolaj Yagunov

Nikolaj Yagunov was born in 1961 in Leningrad region; he spent his childhood in Novokuznetsk, Western Siberia. In 1983 he graduated High Pacific Naval School, and then served in the Baltic Navy. In 1990-1996 he studied painting and graphics in Moscow and Kaliningrad, and took part in Kaliningrad artists’ exhibitions. Since 1996 his main passion – photography – became his profession. The first professional exhibition as a photo artist “Faces of the native land” was held in 2000. Main genres of his photo works are landscape, interior, still life, portrait and advertisement.
