The wooden bridge

The time of building is the year 1903-1904. It had been reconstructed many times, but only at the beginning of the 20th century it was built in nowadays form. The architect Birt made the decoration of streetlamp with candelabras and of railing with the motives of the branches of a tree. The width of the river at the place of constructing the bridge was 76 meters. The passing of the ships of the width of 16 meters was possible between piers. The width of the bridge was 12 meters apart from which 7 meters was a public road and 2,5 meters was a pavement.
