It is placed on the Mira Prospect. The memorial was placed to perpetuate cosmonauts: A.Leonov, V. Pazaev, V. Romanenko, A. Victorenko, whose youth passed in Kaliningrad. This memorial symbol was created by B.V. Edunov.
