The monument devoted to the victory in the battle of Gross-Egersdorf

It is situated on the 70th kilometer of the Kaliningrad-Nesterov motor-way. The stone monument was constructed in honour of 200-jubelee of the victory of Russian Army over the Prussian Army in the battle of Gross-Egersdorf. It happened in the 19th (30th) of August1757. it was one of the battle of the Seventh Year War. The battle of Gross-Egersdorf is the great example of the superiority of Russian military art.
