Tower of Dona ( Museum of amber)

The only one in Russia Kaliningrad Amber Museum was opened in 1979. There is a luxurious exhibition of Amber, located in the big tower the 19th century construction. Kaliningrad region is the richest amber- deposit the whole world. Among other expositions in Amber Museum there is a pattern of Amber Room’s panel at 1/5 of its natural size. This pattern was created by the architect G. Hozality from St. Petersburg in 1977.
