Botanical Gardens

You can spend the whole day in the botanical garden, although spending all day long will not be enough to walk through all paths and alleys and to appreciate the beauty of all the corners of the national park. The whole area of the garden is more than 30 hg. There are more than 3000 species, decorative forms and kinds of plants from different climatic zones on Earth in collection fond of the garden, the richest one in Russia. 150 species of plants are very rare forms and they are written into Red Book. The garden was founded in 1940 by professor Keber. The war made a great damage to the garden. But the best traditions have been continued in its new history. Scientists and biologists of the university have been carefully carrying priceless trousers of nature. The exchange of collection materials has been leading now between 30 countries of the world.
