The central slope and the Sun-dial in Svetlogorsk

The central slope leads right to the Sun-deal on the sea-front. The sun-deal is made of mosaic. There is a hand right in the center of it. Its shadow shows the time with deviation to 15 minutes. The hand of the sun-dial id directed to the North Star and set in the angle of 55 degrees. It is the latitude of Svetlogorsk. The clock disk has 10 meters in diameter and 12 sections with signs of zodiac. They are located along the visible pass of the Sun during the year.
